I said on the other thread that if you want to take the positive view: Brett with insider knowledge of SAS might not want his Cheiftain investors to miss out on what he feels is a great opportunity. If Brett is doing the dirty here he isn't going to make many friends at SAS and won't do his and Cheiftain reputation any favors. I think it is highly unlikely that any funny business is going on.
