ESR acquired for the issue of shares (non cash) 106 million shares worth somewhere around 1.8 - 2 cents.
Presumably had spent some dollars on exploration dollars but after 18 months of on the cheap exploration no resource identified.
At least NMT has some of our dollars to throw at this prospect.
Must be very confident about long term outlook for lithium given its exposure with Mt Marion, Hannans shareholding and now Mt Edwards.
To many balls being juggled with everything else on the go.
