Certainly not something the potential "sophisticated investors" will want to hear for the latest episode of the TKF money-go-round!
Within one week there have been two trading halts and a suspension plus a 249F on the table to remove both the Chairman and MD (who already has an official reprimand for "iffy" trading in these shares himself!).
Do we know when the meeting that the 19% shareholding block called is due?
Opening 33% down after an announcement of funding is pretty dire.
If they are to save this company, then is needs to be sooner rather than later.
If they can find a proven, competent manager to follow up, close and monetize the many leads that have been announced, this could bounce in a fine fashion.
