It seems strange that they are doing a Capital Raising when they are in the process of looking at the sale of their Gold interests. The bonanza grades at Jackhammer Hill and further good grades elsewhere would indicate that the sale of the Gold interests should yield a minimum of $7.5m & could possibly exceed $10 m.
It will be interesting to see how much they need to raise and the purpose to which these funds will be put along with the progress of their discussions regarding the sale of their Gold interests.
