I have a feeling there is more to this than meets the eye...something's up! They have been fishing around for months and then in USA for a long time...
Let's see what drops in the next day or two and decide good or bad. Some bloody good irons in the fire but we need some cash flow...pray, pray. Then they can stop the raising and survive until they prosper...not far off but still in the distance.
