It’s very unlikely they’ll get debt finance without at least 30-40% equity contribution. The typical debt to equity ratio is 70/30 and at the very best 60/40.

I don’t know how they’re going to raise $30-40m in a few days so I’m tipping this is another smaller CR, perhaps in the order of $5m. The participants will likely be offered a decent discount but will be assured of good news flow. So we’ll see a lower CR price around .08 but news will follow sending the SP rocketing.

Stock standard raising IMO.

The blue sky scenario is that they go massive to a cornerstone partner at a premium to market. Pretty low odds IMO.
