You’d be right if they’d made a statement re CFDA. But they haven’t made a robust statement to be picked up on.
I believe a halt (requested) as they are under the microscope and want to clarify anything and everything via asx. May be substantial, maybe not. Could be just clarifying the status of where GK are at. But note it said ‘approval’ not ‘application’ - I don’t believe they’ve ever said approved CFDA
