If that is the case I will be surprised. I know the ASX is being more ch more careful with announcements around forecasts these days however I don't believe this is the type of announcement they are cracking down on. The announcement yesterday didn't forecast future revenue per se but rather gave us an idea of potential revenue if the upgraded plant is producing sensors at full capacity, ie "estimated top-line production revenue".
The stock I own that had to clarify their announcement had announced revenue which violated JORC reporting rules, which was a very different kettle of fish.
