My background is legal & I've worked as a Company Secretary for many years and large corporates. I know all there is to know about continuous disclosure!. You have no idea what's happened but like many you come on this forum pontificating and expressing views without the facts. And the irony - another non holder! Why am I surprised? As for me, I'll just sit back and wait until the announcement rather than waste the time of many readers ranting and raving without the background knowledge. I will say this, if the company has been negligent in its continuous disclosure obligations than I'm more than happy for the ASX and ASIC to investigate, but until then I will keep my mouth shut!
