Seems to me there are just sooooooo many variables at play now !!... Add to the mix newspaper AFR stating AMAL T/O of Tawana etc .

I think they have got it around the wrong way ..they are just guessing ...AFR can't know the facts of the announcement as yet.

MC spinning off Cowan is the golden goose here...with a C/R via Burwill to pay up front for the immediate design /construction of DMS . subject to a substantial resource upgrade ( a certainty imo )..
next week have all this to digest ....then Tantalum deal...then resource up grade,

AGM will get announced shortly & we all get to vote on merger etc. & new company happening by new financial year 30 th june....very exciting times
