    Maybe it is strategic TO.

    Mineral Resources was and wants to be the go to top dog for mining and other services.

    AGO is a threat to them in the area. The deal with PLS and manganese.

    Everything else is a bonus. If MIN wants to stay top dog it needs to take out AGO before everyman comes knocking at AGO doors rather than MINs.

    MIN has a lot more opportunities if it controls the pilbara.
