After reading through some of the other previous announcements I am reasonably positive that this Raise should be accompanied by a very positive company developement. After the extremely poor share performance since the October raise unless they have a really convincing contract then who would touch it?.. also in the last sales update Alain referred to "not opportunity limited but capacity constrained " maybe this is the solution ! my updated guess for the CR is 17c which would be 25pct disc to the 3 month VWAP
