How can anyone see a negative in this? I'm assuming we have just been awarded one of the few MC licenses in Malta. The hint was all over their fb page last week. New facilities take money to build.
MXC is the biggest takeover target in Australia now. This is huge.
Takeover at 20c is what I'm holding for.
