From the Ann dated 13th March; "Yes, the company is proposing to complete a capital raising in the near term. The terms of the capital raising are currently being negotiated with third parties and discussed with the ASX. The company will announce the terms of the capital raising once they are finalised with the relevant third parties". This would be my guess for the reasoning behind the TH. Didn't think they were THAT desperate such that they couldn't even get the documents together in time .. sighh
