Sometimes you need to be an investor to get access to the CR (BLK ). Sometimes the SP increases dramatically after a CR ( CYL).
If you think buying at the time the SP was 6M to 10M over the past couple of weeks was a poor investment decision at this end of the market then you will forever be chasing your tail. Some companies will sit at the trough with your money ( IPT) for months on end, but I doubt thus current iteration of ALT will.
