Could it simply be that a once easy announcement, regarding news, is no longer easy?? Thanks to our friends at the ASX, BUD probably requires a bit more time and diligence when making announcements these days. Just to avoid another Aware Letter....

There’s every chance the may have signed or agreed to something (good or bad) in recent days, but now they probably require heavy legal advise on what they can and can’t announce to the market. And a trading halt is probably required to prevent the information leaking before they get every “i” dotted.
Just guessing though..
