I think a deal with an energy retailer would be better than Telstra. I have a senior contact at Origin and he tells me Origin power 4000 buildings in Aust. These retailers operate in a competitive space and try to take commercial deals off each other all the time. I would have thought offering to manage power better and save $$ for building owners and tenants would be a great competitive advantage. IMO.
