Lessons can be expensive. Good lessons can be very expensive.
I have learnt mine and it has saved me pain subsequently.
My point in relating that story was to illustrate that we, as investors, can often be too optimistic and gloss over the reality of a situation ... something that Eshmun invariably helps with, and which I thank him for.
SJ will be working overtime, IMO, trying to raise sufficient funds now.
I have no doubt that you are correct and Sprott have forced this CR onto BDR to keep the debt deal alive as they are far too smart to jump onto a donkey and ride into machine gun fire. Instead, Sprott want a lot of cannon fodder between them and the pointy-end .... as you rightly point out
