We’ll see, I am 99.99% confident there will be a Cap raise.


Right now a lot of Graphite is mined in China but regulations are making it harder to mine, many other deposits are in Africa & we’ve all seen what happened in Tanzania.


RNU is a high grade deposit, the cash raised will allow RNU to unlock more value in he project. We can sit here and all say it should be 10c but that doesn’t make it 10c.


10c will come when the project economics are more proven, a PFS has a -/+25% attached usually in terms of coatings. A DFS is usually around -/+ 10%. It’s a big difference when you’re talking millions of dollars to invest.


While the DFS is done it also allows RNU to market itself to other respective parties, an MOU is great and sometimes flushes other potential parties who haven’t shown their hand out.


The Chinese won’t care if there is a cash raise or not, why would they? They are after the Graphite after all.


What they’ll want is an A-grade product, something that RNU can produce.
