We can all sit and complain about the cap raise, and the timing, and poor execution by mgmt......but at the end of the day, anyone who has been in this stock for a while would have known deep down it was inevitable. As you say, the progress made from the previous cap raise has been transformational......and at the end of the day, that is the only benchmark of good management - to see investment money used appropriately to generate LT gains in MC and shareholder interest. We need cash to progress further......so while i wish they perhaps let the SP run a bit longer after MOU ann, at least they are following it up on the back of solid news = increased investor confidence.
