Increasing the number of shares to market increases liquidity, more shares equals more shares traded. That’s a pretty simple one.

More shares traded also means that more people have a chance to get a piece of the pie. Look at the likes of AVZ, everyday it’s one of the most discussed stocks on hotcopper and twitter, why? Because it has some 2 billion shares on issue. That many shares has meant that more people are able to get a piece of the pie mentioned at a cheap price. More pieces of the pie means more people discussing it, meaning more people learning about the importance of graphite in the EV market.

Human psychology naturally attracts itself it cheap shares (e.g RNU) that can run. If RNU was 2.7c, saying 10c is a possibility is not out of the realm of possibility. Say we now reduced the shares by a consolidation of 100:1, that would mean that the share price is $2.70, now how many people would believe you are going to turn a junior graphite explorer from a $2.70 to a $10 stock? Not many, if any at all.

And after all that if you disagree with me still, I posted what the last raise helped achieve in a previous post, it was a 62.5% rise in the share price. The funds from the last raise helped unlock this value. Without them do you think all that has happened could of? Simple answer...No.

Comparison

Now you want to discuss HDY a conglom gold explorer (with questionable management in my view) and NWE a stock that’s been listed for 20 years and literally done nothing. Now compare those two stocks with RNU which has a PFS completed and funding now for a DFS, it’s literally no comparison.

RNU has shown the profitability of the deposit via independent studies that are of an ASX standard. Also RNU is in an emerging market that is the li-ion battery market. You know that ten times as much Graphite is used in li-ion batteries than lithium. Elon musk has even gone as far to say that the li-ion battery should be renamed the Graphite-nickel battery.

To say that nobody touches a company after a raise is ludicrous. Nobody wants to touch a company with a profitable deposit, $5mil in cash and further studies to come? Now you’re just fear mongering.

I’m happy to check back in 6 months and see where we are at. If we are lower than what we are now I’ll gladly eat humble pie and say you’re right, I just can’t see it happening at all!

To gain progress a company needs funded when cla was raising its tits of and the sp was lagging in the 3-4 range people we complaining. In the st the sp lags however a genuine rerate will occur as the company progresses to mining. If one is a trader stock to TA. If one is an investor work off the project schedule and feasibility.
