Watershed will be so much better off in TGN and the company can realise the potential, they seem to have unlimited access to cash. Likewise VML cant afford to progress watershed and its gold project in Africa. Cash (if used widely) will allow significant value to the gold (ie more holes) If this is the deal, it will be win win, but vml needs a cash deal imo
