Would the investment into the Vaccine program be counted as a capital raising? I mean, it could be referring to that, couldn't it, as it is money for shares in the Vaccine arm.
We will have to wait and see though.
Another positive would be if it is an industry operator who invests.
Most likely to be an insto right, but we can hope...
