What is the point of a trading halt if not to enable the market to digest the details of the announcement well prior to re-open? We don't know yet whether this CR is dilutive and whether existing shareholders will be rewarded - that certainly will be interesting. But there is no doubt at all that this is a major change in policy by management, based on a material change in circumstances that plainly is price sensitive. The market should have been informed well prior to this.
