Hey Millsking I don't know if you have had a look but if you go back over when the Land grab in the Pilbara started you will see in the files .
There is a section that relates to objections of the company whoever that might be say ARV or Novo .
Its a bit of a eye opener in regards to understanding why some are not happy with ARV ;You can't sit on it and do nothing . You will also have to search who was the owner of objecting company; piece of cake ...
PPL might be harsh on DL with the deal that was done but remember he got a 50/50 jv gold only and 4 Million shares from NOVO 2 mill spend to JV etc at the moment worth $20 +MILLION
PPL or other Companies you need to have a look at what they got from NOVO
Sweet bugger all from $20-50,000 or to$ 150,000 some got lucky bit more cash or 1.3 -1.5 Mill shares but left with no land at all ....
