I highly doubt it is a CR.

Normally companies indicate if is a CR in the trading halt request.

I expect to be some sort of debt funding for phase 3 or if we are very lucky a bigger exspansion than 200k. Debt financing would be the best outcome for shareholders - debt financing is very cheap with very low interest rates and no more dillution.

If not and is CR, I will be greatly dissapointed with management particularly now that cashflow if is as good as they indicate would allow for debt financing to be obtained more easily.

Just my thoughts, hopes and dreams.
