Personally I don't think there will be any dilution. At present we have no debt, and announced record monthly sales for April. If the announcement is going to be about the purchase of Phase 3, then maybe Xinhai are willing to completely fund it, and we just pay it back on commercial terms. If they realize we are now on a good thing, and are planning to eventually expand to 40 times our current size, then wouldn't they want to do the right thing by us, so as to ensure they play a big part in our future.
