Could be any of several things. More buy-in from First Samuel or some other big player, maybe a finance arrangement with Xinhai for Phase 3, maybe a takeover offer from a big player, or maybe @Stublack is getting his capital raise. It might also be something none of us will think of. In any case, until we find out, there is nothing we can do, and it's not something I am going to stress about.
