If you look back, Malcora Pty Ltd first announced becoming a substantial shareholder on the 14th February 2018. At item 5 of the form it shows that the stock purchased in the last 4 months prior to the 14th February 2018 is significantly less than the total holding of 3,803,850 at that time. That means Malcora Pty Ltd had a significant SFM holding prior to re-listing in November 2017.
Malcora Pty Ltd then increased its holding as announced on the 11/04/2018 and then again on the 9/5/2018.
What that points to is a long term, loyal shareholder who has steadily increased its shareholding since re-listing.
