I believe TNG is using this approval to create drama.

If PB is a clever boy and brings out a good info pack early this week then he should be able to score some easy money from oppie converts.

And with the major seller out of the way it shouldn't be too hard to get 20+ over the coming days/weeks. 18.5 was hit not that long ago so 20+ is doable.

The mine will be built. There is nothing in the way except terms of finance. All other approvals are a given. Remember most laws/rules/conditions are written to protect politicians so they can keep their jobs.
