    Given the EIS sign off was found on the EPA website immediately following the ann. I think the TH was rushed out as soon as this wa noticed to give tng the chance to announce it.
    Either they want to get all the marketing mileage they can by putting themselves in the spotlight over the weekend, or they have contingent information that needs to be communicated at all the same time as the approval.
    My opinions are all facts IMO.
