I think this means we can proceed clearing : Conditions attached to the approval 1. For the protection of EPBC Act listed species the approval holder must not clear more than 735 ha within the Mount Peake Project Area.

We do the Water Monitoring etc as we proceed.  Not sure but I don't think it is a delay just a shit load of ongoing work.

Bonus is we will see all this stuff on the web site as it will be public.

735 Hectares is 7.35 Square Kilometres of the Project area so a huge area....
