Here is the very briefest of timeline cronologies relating specifically to aquifer issues which have consumed mega attention through the EIS process. I will follow up with some pertinant excerpts from some of the announcements in another post

We will need to get some detail from the trading halt to determine actual impact but jeez if GHB and Snowdens etc have done their job this shouldn't be a delay issue.

23/ 2/15 ; announce pit design and aquifer drilling programme getting rolling.

23/3/15; Mine and plant water source drilling commenced.

14/2/16; EIS Plan released for public consultation period.

5/7/16; further aquifer drill programme commences (This relates to matters raised as a result of EIS consultation).

21/12/16; Aditional surface water and water bore drilling completed

5/4/17; Suppliment lodged addressing matters raised in consultation period.

11/5/17; Further questions raised by NTEPA delaying EIS process.

9/11/17; EIS update submitted.

The EIS update recieved approval early 2018 and was passed to the Minister for consents etc with recommendations regarding MMP.

Earlier and in 2017 I went through the EIS documents (they on line) and their had been extensive work undertaken on this area. While ill need to refresh memory surely this material is at hand.

I am hoping that the matters raised in current trading halt permit mine construction to proceed while being addressed.
