The figures quoted are not remuneration. They include stock at current values. Looks like they also include stock issued during the past financial year (?) as I know Pivac has more action than that.
What you need to look at is how much money is being pulled out of the company by directors.
Try not to look at colourful graphs given out by people who call themselves "analysts". They are a dime a dozen.
Instead, read everything you can starting from the prospectus. Then announcements and then the annual report.
If there is something you do not understand then, there is a chance that management do not want you to understand and will use "on trend" words and sentences to confuse you.
Plain English and figures will never lie.
