At this stage of the game, the directors financial interests are finally starting to align with shareholders. No longer is a placement about funding pay checks for the next 12 months. For this reason alone, i think there is a possibility the placement is for securing the share price ahead of a rather large options exercise...... Strategic.... American with links.... lets hope.
