I do not read anything in the fact that Fuji has not been buying on market. It is early days and they are not share traders. They have a strategic stake, now just below 10%. In the event of an T/O attempt, unwelcome to Fuji, they can easily top up on the market to above 10% and the takeover action is all over Rover. Placement to Fidelity at a premium as a reward for effort?????? I don't think so. Placement to USA institutions in preparation for ultimate Nasdaq listing may be plausible, but at a premium is wishful thinking, IMHO. A placement at parity to any instos , say around $1.20, will be a big vote of confidence.
