I see the share price of CCV only moving higher over the next 12 months

1) The Queenland class action gets resolved during FY19. It is not clear what the downside cost could be if they lose the case?
2) The company has a good 2nd half and the FY18 NPAT is around $23m
3) The payment of dividends is restored in FY19.
4) The latest capital raising is absorbed by the market.

With a FY19 PE ratio of less than 10 a possible take-over makes sense. Maybe Ezcorp are waiting for the outcome of the court case.
I note that Ezcorp hold 32% of the shares. HSB Nominees has 18%.
