My guess is North Portia too.
From the quarterly:
"Constructive discussions with CMC have advanced the North Portia agreement well ahead of schedule and a deal is currently expected to be finalised before CMC’s exclusive option expires on 30 June 2018."
From an article in the BDT:
"“CMC will become a miner in its own right if prefeasibility studies of North Portia are economical, I expect we’ll buy the site from Havilah, although they’ll receive a royalty for the balance of the planned life,” Mr Radford said.
