If it's North Portia what's it worth?
That's a good question. Too many unknowns for me to put a figure on it as they're still working on the PFS according to the quarterly and we haven't seen a NPV.
Also, let's face it, HAV is short of cash so they're probably not negotiating from a position of strength. I'm also not sure of the financial firepower of CMC.
From my personal point of view, considering that Nth Portia is not the main game, I'd be happy with a cash component that stops the speculation as to whether the next quarter will be the one they need to raise in & some sort of royalty as per the Portia agreement.
Anything more than that would be a bonus.
PS I'd happily take $500 m for Kalkaroo too.
