At risk of sounding like a down ramper, which couldn't be further from the truth, there is good news and bad news coming with this announcement.

In my view all the contracts etc are already factored into the price, and without the follow-up of incoming revenue from these contracts (enough to drive sentimentt), the price has wallowed. This is the psychology around a stock that is said to have a great technology of the future. It is wearing very big boots, but it is wading through small streams of cash. The boots are too big for the puddles.

As such, the price has wallowed. All contracts are now factored in. Even a full roll-out in China won't do it. Nor will another a teir 1.

Google, Facebook, or possible Apple would for two reasons: their sentiment in the market is so powerful that it would overcome present sentiment, and they were never factored in. But chances of one of these are slim.

Any of the more realistic agreements will require the 'presence' of the only sentiment that will move SYT: substantial revenue. If a deal comes stating projected revenue of great worth, then this could mirror partly what the real revenue effect will have and move the price some. But projected revenue is also unlikely.

There is nothing like the real thing.
