At the end of the day, the TH announcement stated "Material Licensing Agreement".

Do companies license the Dataflex product from Syntonic or are they buying access to a service. I don't recall it ever being individual licenses to Dataflex in the same way Microsoft give customers an individual licence to the Office suite? - happy to be proven wrong here, but as i said, I have never heard them say it in this way. In addition, even if it is a Dataflex deal, we know there are fixed annual revenue figures attached to those deals, so it wouldn't be for an undisclosed amount. One would think that the company would need to specify which size deal the Dataflex contracts fall under as to not mislead the market.

A material licensing agreement to me, falls closer in line with the Freeway Services branch of the business. A white labelled signup which is similar to the TATA and Verizon deals. If China mobile signs up with a similar deal to TATA, i think everyone would be extremely happy, just as they would if it was similar to Verizon.

If China Mobile (or all 3 Chinese carriers) sign up, then we are looking at an addition of 600Million+ audience with the potential to have a revenue share like TATA or a Royalty payment like Verizon, likely to bring in significant revenues, one could believe increase the revenue potential by a factor of 5 at a minimum.

Share price won't move much until the potential is turned into real revenue. imo Another great announcement but so was the Verizon and TATA sign ups and look at the share price today. Whose patient enough to wait until the revenue starts rolling in, I know I am. The trading halt this time is because of the issues with the last announcement not because it is a bigger announcement than others before it. imo Not expecting a huge jump in the share price at this stage but thank you SYT we needed news to keep the interest. Keep up the good work!
