While I respect and understand some of your concerns, I would like to make the following comment. I do not think Tony Grist would continue to double down on his holding and come in as chairman as part of the transaction, if he could not see some light at the end of the tunnel. If he becomes more involved in the running of the company, management will be far from inexperienced.
