I agree with regards to taking the time now to consolidate all these recent acquisitions. The risks you've outlined are real however, considering PGC's history I think we have to put our trust in management to execute. I have no reason to doubt them at this stage. That said, I'll be watching closely.
This is very similar (almost identical) to what happened in 2015 with the Western Biomedical acquisition (plus others) so there is a strong precedent there.
