The last trading update regarding acquisitions on 24th April stated that of the 9 potential acquisitions 2 were outstanding but expected to be completed before 30th June. So I suspect these are the acquisition(s?) to be announced.
I haven't been able to find information on the consideration given for LabGear and Immuno however I'm projecting they have somewhere around $20 mil remaining from the cap raise for EBITDA of ~ $5.0mil (note: I've used the numbers stated in the announcement however, I can't seem to get the same numbers as the update from other disclosed information. Mine are lower than announced. Anyone got more info on this?)
