The acquisition programme has been very aggressive with a number of businesses purchased.
My concern is the amount of time that is needed to intergrate the acquired company and staff... this can be a time consuming process and if it isn’t done well can cost the a lot. “ the cost of getting it wrong is a fututure impairment write off”
It would be good to see some operational reports on how the intergration has been going for the companies already acquired.
