Just cut expansion of new products. Cut sales staff. Cut directors. Manufacture and use distributors. Keep the scientists/manufacturing, ceo, cfo and a handful of operations staff. Make the business model lean. Otherwise there is way too much risk of going down. Sell what we are currently producing and manufacturing. Preserve cash even if it's at the expense of growth. Been saying the same thing for four years and my model still holds the best hope. We'd all be much richer if they had done this in 2014
