Because your questions are irrelevant until the announcement is made. We don't know ANYTHING yet. It might not even be a new business acquisition. The trading halt request simply says its "relating to the acquisition of a business". For all we know its an update or adjustment in plans regarding a previously announced proposal. But don't let that stop your wild speculations and gleeful fear-mongering as a non-stockholder.
