Both valid questions. The first one, speculative, but there's multiple business growth mechanisms, organic, by expansion and by acquisition as examples. Need to hear what they have to say about it but there could be a very plausible reason to use acquisition. Yes the company seems well connected, but that doesn't mean there aren't gaps that could be filled.

Second question is the really good one. Will potentially raise a few eyebrows if they go for another CR / SI route.

Edit: or as Uatu said, it may not be a new acquisition, also a good point. We'll find out soon enough.
