As I have posted b4 , Pel has ulterior motives it is quite obvious IMO as the regularity of posting is abnormal and only on one stock. There are many other companies affected by Tanzania govt decisions.
IMO it is also obvious that vrc is a spec stock and this is how funds are raised to operate as there is no revenue yet , surprise ! Not.
IMO vrc will get all approvals and will be mining, others need to decide for themselves.
