Could it be:
Environmental application approved
Mining License approved
$40m bond successful
Offtake Agreement
capital raising or some other form of financial support
Simple fact is they went in to a trading halt to prevent leaked information
Have a trading/investment plan ready to act on so either way you don't have to use HC for personal trauma therapy.
